ISN Summer Seminar and Conference 2008 Logistics

Here is some initial logistical information for those attending the Summer Conference. More will be posted as it becomes available.

Getting to Campus

Airport information when flying in to the conference:

Logan International Airport, Boston, MA

4.8 miles

Manchester, NH

54 miles

Providence, RI

62 miles

Portland, ME

106 miles

Public transportation around Boston is probably the most efficient way to get around. We recommend taking the subway (“the T”) to campus (Red Line, Kendall Square). For more information about getting to the campus, please click here.

If you are planning to bring a car for the weekdays, you need to tell us as soon as possible; parking in the vicinity is troublesome and MIT parking permits are in high demand. Parking in ungated MIT lots is free after 3pm on Friday and during the weekends (colored green on the map below; see also here).
